Las Gaviotas (The Seagulls) gated community is peaceful and safe. The home was built by a retired Navy Officer who sailed the world in the 50-60’s and fought in WWII. His home reminded him of his sailing days. You can seat outside to admire the ocean or have some night life at the Marina located near at the other side of the road.
