The Lookout

Uniquely situated on a rural property that sits above Nelson and just a short drive from both Nelson Airport and Nelson City centre. Located up a winding, private, gravel driveway approx 1km from the road **MAX 20km speed limit on this winding, gravel driveway!. ‘The Lookout' is separate from our home (located at the far end of our double garage) self-contained and completely private. Our cozy unit features a private deck, queen bed, ensuite and kitchenette. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Our peaceful self contained 2 bedroomed Bach

Our peaceful 2 bedroom bach is set in a beautiful, colorful garden that is only a stone's throw from both ferry terminals and 5 minutes walk from Picton town centre. The self-contained unit has a full kitchen, SkyTV, Netflix and free Wi-FI to help you relax after a busy day exploring the Marlborough Sounds. La Casita

Very stylish warm and sunny cottage detached from main house. Safe off road parking available in front of the cottage in a quiet cul-de-sac A short 3 minute drive to the Jolly Roger bar and restaurant located in the tranquil Waikawa Marina, second largest Marina in NZ. Stunning bush walks located close to the cottage, including a 25 min walk to Picton, Wakawa Marina and the scenic Mt Victoria. Just a 5min drive to either Ferry terminal, restaurants, bars and shopping in Picton High Street.

The Cowshed

Herd of Cows?! Quiet, comfortable and fun accommodation just 15 minutes walk through the picturesque Picton Marina to cafes, bars, shops, theatres, cruises and walking tracks. Free pickup and setdown from ferry may be available. Transfer from Blenheim by arrangement. Be warned......this great priced accommodation is probably nothing like you have ever stayed in previously. My folly and a labour of love! If you don't have a sense of humour or don't like cows.....don't book in! :-)

Artist's Retreat

Up a long driveway next to native bush hides this cute wee art studio with Vonny’s art on the walls. This is a Self-contained cabin with comfy queen bed, sun-soaked deck off-street parking & just 7 min drive from Picton the gateway to the South Island. Centrally located to explore coastal drives, bush & bike tracks. Just a 5 min walk to the Waikawa beach for a swim, 10min walk to our local pub & 8 min drive to the ferry, perfect for a stopover, please note there’s no cooking facilities.

Escape the city and see the stars at this rural hideaway with breathtaking views. Take in the night sky whilst relaxing on the deck or view the morning sunrise from the comfort of being in bed. Located 20 minutes drive north from Nelson city, a unique converted container studio unit sits on a rural 5 acre property beside the main house. It has it's own entrance off our shared driveway. Handy to Happy Valley Adventure Park and stunning Cable Bay - a 15 minute drive down the valley.

Korimako Cottage ... idyllic Havelock retreat

A step from the Havelock marina with immediate access to the Marlborough Sounds. A wood-lined cottage retreat for two (not suitable for children) sharing the grounds of an historic cottage. A private space WiFi, bathroom and limited kitchen Fridge, bench oven, crockery, cutlery. Sun soaked lounge opening over a shared native garden lush with nature. A three minute walk to village and restaurants. Haven for double or single stays providing a calm peaceful getaway . Self check in.

2 minutes drive from the ferries

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located guest unit. Please note our unit has a kitchenette only: Jug, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer. 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive from both ferries. A quick walk to the shops, restaurants, beach and nearby walking tracks. Perfect for those needing a place to rest before heading north or south. Our home is at the front, guest house is down the driveway. Security cameras at the front and rear of house making this very secure.

Our place is a self contained studio unit situated on a vineyard only 6 km from Blenheim. It has great views over the vineyard and is quiet and secluded despite being close to all amenities and the outstanding range of vineyards that Marlborough has to offer. Feel free to stroll our vineyard and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of it's rural location. Please note: due to being a working vineyard our property is not suitable or safe, for infants or children.
