Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

This fully renovated one-bedroom Edwardian cottage offers comfort, warmth and convenience. The self-contained interior mixes old and new with original 1910 features and 21 century finishes. A highlight is the collection of birdlife watercolour paintings by the acclaimed Australian artist, Robert Ulmann.
