We are set high on the hill, affording uninterrupted views, of the lake and mountains. We are within 2klm of shopping centers, restaurants, local tavern, Golf course. Walking tracks lake, public swimming pool. Hospital. With on site pico Craft Brewery. Ideal for those with transport, who are looking for a quiet,safe,place. With a large balcony, with lots of seating areas.IMPORTANT- you do need to be able to comfortably carry your case up two flights of steps. Parking is 100 mtrs walk.

Sunny, one level, 2 bedroom bed and breakfast

This is our home and we usually live here when we host guests. The kitchen is only available for heating water for drinks or reheating food in microwave We live between Queenstown and Arrowtown in Lake Hayes Estate, an established neighborhood of modern homes with mountain views. You can experience bee-keeping with Keith as we have 2 hives in our garden! A cafe (The Hayes)is within easy walking distance of our home. Two large shopping centers and the airport are within 10-15 minutes drive.

Stunning views of lake and mountains warm, peaceful. located between Frankton airport, Queenstown Central, and downtown Queenstown. This is a 10sq mtr room. With a beautiful queen bed. You share a bathroom, and separate toilet directly across the passage, from your room, with one other guest room. Bathrobes, and house keeping daily, with use of the spa pool. Breakfast Barista coffee, and a complimentary continental breakfast included. exterior and interior steps, moderate fitness required.

Your room is budget friendly, at 9 sqr mtrs, with two king single beds, and a back garden view. Your room has a tv, with chrome cast facilities. bathrobes , a shared bathroom shower, with a separate toilet. Just 4 meters along the passage. This is shared with one other guest room. You have access to the lounge area, with uninterrupted mountain and lake outdoor patio, with seating. Spa pool. complimentary self service continental breakfast is provided. Access to a baby grand

The Embassy: Room No. 6 | The Secretary II

Close to the airport, 2 shopping centers, restaurants, local tavern, several Golf courses. Walking tracks, lake, public swimming pool.. Our place is ideal for couples, or those who are travelling alone, who would like some contact but enjoy the peace and safety , shared bathroom, direct across the passage. The property boasts elevated uninterrupted views, of the lake and mountains. We have a pico craft brewery on site, with spring waters taken at a waterfall on our property .

The Loft @ Arrowtown Lodge For 1-3 Guests

A charming sunny room with a Double bed, Single bed and a small child’s bed. Perfect for a single occupant, couples or those travelling with young children. There is also access to a shared outdoor seating area in the garden. A Nespresso coffee machine is in the room. Our delicious home cooked breakfast is available as an add on ($25pp) to your booking. Arrowtown Lodge is located on a tree-lined street just a 2 minute stroll from the town centre.

Lake Hayes Sanctuary

No access to kitchen or laundry. Breakfast supplied in your room for you to prepare at your convenience. The bedroom has a queen bed with an electric blanket and sleeps a maximum of 2 people .
