The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

An ideal base to explore the local areas including many walks, pubs , restaurants, golf clubs and other tourist attractions such as Stonehenge and Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World . Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

It is the perfect base for visiting all that Salisbury and the surrounding area has to offer. Large, scenic windows give plenty of light and views to a long garden, with woodland and river beyond. I provide this small annexe ,purpose built, at the side of my house with its own private entrance, parking outside. It provides a double bed in clean bedroom with TV .There is an en suite bathroom with shower , basin and toilet . Towel provided. There is a small lobby / storage area with microwave, small fridge , toaster and Kettle . I provide cereal , bread , butter , marmalade , marmite , tea , coffee , hot chocolate , peppermint tea and oat milk .
