Even with blockout blinds the sun may not wake you but the birds might ! We have lots of Willy Wagtails & Pink & Grey Galahs. From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees. Please note that bookings including children will not be accepted.

Mindarie Beach House

2 bedroomed, fully furnished unit with beautiful sea views and 800 m walk to the beach (10 mins) in the lovely suburb of Mindarie Keys. The beach has recently had a 300 metre by 85 metre safe swimming enclosure built and is patrolled by the Quinns Mindarie Surf Life Saving Club. The unit is furnished to a high standard with one double room, and a twin room with bunk beds. We also have a 55 inch smart TV with Netflicks if you want a cosy night in relaxing!

The Blue Beach House

The Blue Beach house is perched on the side of a hill and overlooks the neighbourhood. There are ocean views from the front veranda and valley and garden views from the back deck. This wonderful cottage is in the old settlement of Quinns Rocks, a short stroll away from beautiful white sandy beaches. The house is private, with a beautiful garden and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. Towels, Beach towels and all bed linen are provided.
