Situated in the secluded Waitetuna Valley is our modern but rustic, luxury accommodation. This unique rural getaway is less than 30 mins from Hamilton and 15 mins on to Raglan. There is one large bedroom upstairs with a King bed and a second queen bed downstairs. ( suitable for couples, small adult groups and children over 12 ) Soak up the peaceful ambience in our beautiful wood-fired hot tub or go for a short walk to our lovely creek where our pet eels are plentiful and enjoy being hand fed.

Gardeners' Cottage (Breakfast included)

This charming Cape Cod-style cottage offers tranquil and private country-style accommodation. Breakfast is included, featuring a selection of muesli, yogurt, toast, and spreads. Pear Tree Unit is on our lovely rural property and welcomes all travellers who want to relax in the countryside but only 8kms from Raglan. This is a self contained unit with parking at the door. Parking for boat trailers if required and tips on fishing spots gladly provided. The unit is neat as a pin, has a smart TV, kitchen with coffee, tea, milk, bread, cereals, butter, jam and vegemite ; fridge/freezer, microwave, electric frying pan, air fryer, toasted sandwich maker and bench top oven

Relax and unwind in our intimate studio by Lake Karapiro. Treetops studio is situated in a peaceful garden setting with lovely views over the treetops above Lake Karapiro. At the end of the drive(500m) is the Karapiro domain - enjoy a short walk to have a coffee at the Podium cafe or cycle/walk the Te Awa cycleway. We are 20mins from Hamilton airport and a great location to access local tourist attractions: Cambridge 10mins, Hobbiton 30mins, Rotorua 1hour, Waitomo caves 1 hour.

A warm, spacious and private retreat set on 60 acres 2 minutes from Pirongia village. Fully self contained with large lounge, dining and kitchen area and your own bathroom and toilet. Swings, maypole and trampoline for the kids. Pets to pat. Swimming pool available through the warmer months. The Black Barn is set amongst an open ground nursery and farmland. If you like plants and space, you will love this place!

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Spend a night in a real 'Hole in the Ground' in the middle of the Waikato. Situated between my grapes and the Feijoa orchard. Comes with a nice breakfast with homemade bread and bacon and eggs (own chickens) and homemade jams. Only suited for one or 2 persons (pets only at prior approval, service animals are ok).
