It has been revamped with a modern twist inspired by wildflowers. The cabin is just south of Grand Lake. It is extremely easy to access year-round via car, has great views of Rocky Mountain National Park, and boasts all of the modern amenities to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Our Condo overlooks the beautiful Fraser River close to downtown Winter Park in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Just a few minute walk to restaurants, pubs, shops, hiking trails, and all that Winter Park has to offer! Soak in one of the hot tubs at the nearby clubhouse after a full ski day or cool off in the indoor pool after adventuring out on a hike or bike ride. Enjoy the convenience of the winter ski shuttle (Blue line) behind the building for a 15-minute ride to Winter Park Ski Resort.

This historic yet modern 500 square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway for us and wanted others to share this experience too. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to the Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire.

"The Laundry Room" is a brand new studio hosted by Park Residences in a space that literally used to be a utility room since all the way back in the 50's and is now a completely remodeled studio with brand new walls, pipes, appliances, heaters, everything you can think of. We offer free high speed internet, coffee, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime Video for our guests to enjoy. Please note that there is a rental unit on the second floor

Welcome to our Granby Ranch condo! Great access to skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and golf. Guests also have access to the outdoor pool and hot tub at the base of the ski mountain (small fee required)as well as a free tub in our complex. Unit has a master bedroom with a queen sized bed. FYI-I don’t accept any reservation requests without confirming the cleaning arrangements first. Our STR permit # is 006840.
