The studio is on the ground floor of our two-story house. We live on the 2nd floor, and the studio is it's own completely private space. 5 miles to San Diego State University; 16-20 miles to San Diego beaches; 10 miles to Downtown San Diego; 15 miles to Sea World San Diego; and 13 miles to the World Famous San Diego Zoo!

Welcome to our family petting zoo farm and horse ranch in Jamul! Our small ranch is in a quiet, beautiful valley with miles of trails right outside our gate. We horses, mini donkeys, goats, chickens and we sell fresh eggs, ask us! We are a 30 minute drive to the beaches, downtown San Diego, and most SD attractions. Locally we have a gas/convince/liquor store. Rancho San Diego is a 10 minute drive with Target, Grocery, Starbucks and many restaurants. We have hot water and WIFI.

Introducing our itsy bitsy studio, where small is not only beautiful but also a trove of comfort and ingenuity. While it may lack extravagant features, it does offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Traveler beware this is a basic regular ol’ bland neighborhood (nothing to do walking distance) I do have gr8 news is, we are at close proximity (1 mile) to the freeway allowing for easy access and seamless exploration of all San Diego has to offer.
