Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area. A contemporary, light-filled, first-floor apartment perfectly designed for two positioned in the heart of the ever-popular village of Horning in the Norfolk Broads. The king-size bedroom comes with luxury bedlinen, plenty of wardrobe space and towels are also provided in the modern ensuite bathroom (with walk-in shower). There is a TV, DVD player (and plenty of DVDs), WIFI and a radio, as well as lots of information about local attractions.

The boat shed is a cosy studio, situated just a minutes stroll from Barton Broad, there is a super king bed that can be adapted to form 2 singles, please request which you prefer when booking, a kitchen area with double oven, hob, fridge washing machine, and microwave, the bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. There is a table and 2 chairs and a sofa. A large garden, with table and chairs and a bench, also a table tennis table.

Charming boathouse, Norfolk Broads

The Boat House is a wonderfully unique space which sleeps 2 in one bedroom/sitting room overlooking the Broad. Fully centrally heated, it has a kitchenette, wet room and a summer house. A pub and cafe are a short walk away. Hot tub rental (£85 per stay) available. We also have storage for bikes and there is a launching area for canoes and paddleboards a 5 minute walk away at the moorings.
