My children and other family members stay in this room when they visit me for the holidays. I live upstairs in the same apartment which is a duplex. You have access to the rest of the house and we may cross paths going up and down the stairs but thanks to the layout we both have our privacy and you can access your room directly from the hallway.

Ferries are available there for visits to Williamsburg and Governor's Island. Additionally, popular eateries such as Frankies 457, Lucalli, Buttermilk Channel and Lucali are all within walking distance. It is the first floor of my duplex. The Clawfoot tub was an original part of the house used for sailors in the nineteenth century. It has a comfy and unique feel .
