A-Frame Bluegill Cabin is a waterfront retreat with an open floor plan living room and furnished kitchen. King bed and full bath is on main floor, loft has two twin beds in the Aframe peaks. Outside relax in the hot tub overlooking the pond, rinse off in the outdoor shower, cook on the charcoal grill, all on the deck. With the pier extending directly from the deck, puts you just steps from the water. Complete with a fire pit and picnic table, this cabin is perfect for couples and small families.

Cossatot River Treehouse (Fish, ATV and bike ride)

A cozy treehouse nestled on the banks of the Cossatot River. The cabin is on 3 secluded acres. This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath cabin offers a large screened-in porch with a queen-size swing bed for ultimate relaxation by the river. A peaceful, secluded Cabin In The Woods experience on the South Fork of the Caddo River. This 80+ acre property is all yours to explore alone with no other homes or cabins anywhere on the property. The property extends across both sides of the river with 1/3 mile of river frontage. Swim, kayak, fish, & relax. Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

LAKEFRONT, SUNSET VIEWS, PUTTING GREEN, MASSIVE DECK SPACE!! Relax on the deck and watch the sun set over Cedar Creek Lake. Enjoy evenings in the hot-tub, or on the putting green as dinner is grilled on the Blackstone, then wake up and enjoy coffee at the kitchen table and admire the lake-view through the wall of windows. Since 2022 the house has gotten new fencing, a putting green, a new PAC-MAN machine, a new 2-story Trex deck, and a new boat dock. Privately owned, managed, and cared for.
