Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

Easy access to Birmingham or Worcestershire/surrounding area. 3 rooms plus shower room and mezzanine ideal for a couple or family with up to 2 children(5yrs +) who want their own flexible space whilst staying in the area for pleasure or work. The cabin is well appointed and has a tv and good wifi. 2 adults maximum.

The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm

The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm, sits on the edge of an orchard and has spectacular views across the Warwickshire countryside. It has been converted into comfortable accommodation sleeping 4 in two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Every attempt has been made to preserve the original components of the water tower . You'll be staying in a sympathetically converted barn nestled on a working farm. Self Catered, with the added advantage of two superb pubs within walking distance. For business or pleasure it is the perfect getaway as a home from home base from which to work or to explore all that South Staffordshire has to offer.

Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

The Annexe at Dordale Green Farm is a beautiful single storey barn conversion situated in the Dordale Valley, one mile from the delightful village of Belbroughton. The stylishly furnished interiors boast stunning views over the gardens and private lake and a number of country walks are accessible from the doorstep. The Annexe combines peaceful country living with easy access to major roads, making it a perfect base for exploring Worcestershire, Warwickshire and The Cotswolds.

Central House with Castle Wall in the Garden

A lovely sunny and quiet three bedroomed house with Warwick Castle wall at the end of the garden. Five minutes walk into the centre of Warwick and two minutes to the entrance of Warwick Castle. Two bedrooms with double beds , one single bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower, lounge, kitchen and downstairs toilet. Parking for one car on the drive. This is my home therefore contains personal possessions. I provide space in wardrobes and drawers so no problems unpacking!

It benefits from being completely on its own with its nearest neighbours being our flocks of miniature sheep and laying ducks. Outside you can relax, enjoy Al fresco dining, barbecuing and even a dip in the hot tub!
