Relax at our rural and tranquil getaway set on one acre and bordered by Freshwater creek. Close to walking/cycling tracks and freshwater swimming in your own backyard. Beautiful Crystal Cascades is a 5min drive away. Fully self-contained half house, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, cosy living area, bathroom and toilet. Easy street parking. There is no public transport in this area.

Local cafes and restaurants only a 5 min walk, 10min walk to the botanical gardens, CBD is only 12mins by car. The studio is spacious, light and airey. Once inside, views to the pool which is are surrounded by tropical gardens. In the pool area there is a large sunbed for relaxing, morning coffee or a quiet sundowner. My place is very private, quiet and you will have a real local experience. It offers your own BBQ for cooking it has only a kitchenette with microwave and air fryer.

You can walk to Lake Placid or Skyrail and only a short drive to Kuranda Rail at Freshwater. You can drive to Kuranda or Cairns City in twenty minutes.

It is a great place to stay if you’re looking for an affordable clean comfortable space to stay while you explore Cairns & the Tropical far north. Please note the property is on a busy street, & the space has ceiling fans but is not air-conditioned. unfortunately the property is not suitable for children or pets.
