The apartment complex is secured by keycards for the safety of all residents and guests. Please note we do not allow parties. You can self check-in using a digital lockbox, which is available from 3pm, with check-out by 11am. One free car park is available in the secure parking complex.

Relax in this charming place to stay in the heart of Parnell. There are two bedrooms with a spacious lounge and free off street parking. Please note that there is NO KITCHEN but an electric kettle, toaster, microwave and bar fridge. It is located directly behind Parnell Village, being close to numerous cafes, restaurants and bars. It is also very close to the Link bus on Parnell Road going to the city and Newmarket.

Nikau Garden Studio Grey Lynn

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
