Kingswood Village, where our home is located, boasts fantastic on-site seasonal amenities: a community pool, dry sauna, gym, bocce ball, pickleball, and tennis courts.

The snow is back! MLK weekend is still available with a 3 night stay. Grab the weekend before it's booked! Presidents Weekend is already taken. 4th of July, the most popular week of the year, requires a 7 night stay. Book it soon so that your family, friends and you do not miss out! We will do our best to provide private Incline Beach access via "punch cards." Beach rates last summer were $17 adult (18+) $9 youth (6-17) and child (0-5) free.
