Sylvia's Guest House is a 40sq m renovated property in the center of a historical farm (Meeting point during WW2 - Patrick Leigh Fermor ), surrounded by 150000 m² organic vineyards, trees and a great view of the northcoast beach (Ammoudara) and city of Heraklion. The property can accommodate up to 4 guests (1 double bed + 1 sofa bed) and there is also availablility for baby cot. Around house there is garden where you can enjoy all your meals, sunbathing, reading, relaxing, playing etc

This stylish apartment is located on the edge of the village. The stables of the former Horsefarm Melanouri changed into 2 beautiful apartments (the Melanouri Apartments) and the charm still remains. Ruby 'n Emerald Studio's are on the second floor of one of the most historical and emblematic buildings, located in the heart of old town in Rethymnon. It was built in the late 19th century and there is speculation that it was the residence of a nobleman. Ruby 'n Emerald studio's are spacious and bright with their own bathrooms. On the same level, there is also a shared terrace.

Forget your worries in this spacious space. This used to be our grandparents house and it belongs to my family for almost 100 years. The house is peaceful and has many levels where one can relax. There is a garden with flowers, herbs and fruit trees. It is ideal for vacation with the family or friends. Me and my family spend occasionally time on the groundfloor.
