The village has plenty of shops and restaurants, and is a great base to explore the surrounding area. This house has a secure back garden, ideal for small children and dogs. Isfryn is a stylish and beautifully furnished terraced property nestled in the quaint hillside village of Penrhynside, on the outskirts of the ‘Queen of Welsh Resorts’, Llandudno and within easy access to the historic town of Conwy and Snowdonia. The Garden Room at Winthorpe is a non-smoking, pet free guest accommodation for two people. It has 2 separate entrances from the garden and large decking area to the side of the main house with ample off street parking on a private driveway making the whole accommodation completely private. The entire annexe has been completely refurbished for the 2021 season, with a new kitchen and bedroom furnishings of a luxurious standard. The bedroom enjoys distant sea views across the Bay of Colwyn.

The apartment comes with two off road car parking spaces and is located just a few minutes drive from the award winning Colwyn Bay sea front. Close to the A55, it has two bedrooms, the master having an ensuite. Both bedrooms are doubles. There is a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. Check in has now been upgraded and no check out tasks.
