Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). Holly Toft is a lovingly converted, detached stone cottage, perched on the edge of a drumlin hill, overlooking the beautiful rolling countryside of the Ribble Valley . With uninterrupted panoramic views of the Forest of Bowland, the majestic hills of Whernside, Pen-y-ghent and Ingleborough, it truly is a special place. Whilst mature lime trees stand guard in front of the property, Weets Hill looms spectacularly nearby. Adults 18+ can relax by the woodburning stove whilst drinking in the views.

Crimpton Farm Cottages - The Owl

A stunning, cosy cottage located in the Forest of Bowland, Ribble Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Once part of a looming house and barn, this Grade II Listed building has been converted to a lovely cottage with peaceful surrounding views. There are many picturesque footpaths located close to the cottage, and within reach of historical and geological sites with beautiful scenes of wildlife. This is a working smallholding farm, so we must accept no pets to the cottage. No smoking.

Converted from a lovely old barn, you will feel right at home in bright and welcoming Star Barn. A rarity in this cobbled street village - there is plenty of parking right next to the barn. Outside there is an enclosed garden plus seating area with log burning firepit. It’s a peaceful private spot in the centre of this small historic village which boasts two pubs, a deli and a village shop. We can accommodate one small house trained dog, so you can enjoy some fabulous local dog walks.

The Old Potting Shed, cosy retreat with hot tub

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Cosy converted piggery, with fabulous views, fenced garden and patio overlooking the Calder Valley. Close to Hebden Bridge and Heptonstall, there are beautiful walks and cycle rides from the doorstep, which is 800m from the Pennine Bridleway. There is a wood burning stove (we provide a starter pack of logs) and well-behaved dogs are welcome. A king-sized bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge make this the perfect venue for couples, friends or parents and child!
