We furnished this little house with loving care as we stay here often. There's a comfy king size bed in the large bedroom upstairs. Downstairs is the living room with fireplace, a well equipped kitchen and a well appointed shower room. Our home is close to both the Lakes and the sea, situated in the centre of the vibrant market town of Ulverston which is packed with a good variety of restaurants and non chain bars. The cottage was built in 1890 and is located in the heart of the town. The house has good kitchen stocked with all the basics, from herbs, condiments and even the odd tin of baked beans, so if you fancy cooking, you can!. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, friends and business travellers.

This beautiful 2 bedroom stone-built cottage offers a comfortable stay in the charming World Heritage Site of Saltaire, which is full of history, character and stunning architecture. The village is named after Sir Titus Salt who built a textile mill, known as Salts Mill and this village on the River Aire back in the 1800s. There are many reasons why you should visit Saltaire from the spectacular architecture, to the independent shops and restaurants scattered around the village.

We are close to the lovey market town of Skipton, the Pennine Way, Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Forest of Bowland AONB.
