Completely refurbished 50 foot houseboat that has retired from sailing the seas! The boat is completely furnished, including linens, towels, and a kitchenette (microwave, electric burner, skillet, coffee pot and mini fridge/freezer). We are 1/2 mile from Lake Russell or 5 minutes from Strom Thurmond and Jodi's Bait Shop with multiple boat ramps/WMAs nearby. Not into hunting/ fishing? That is ok too! You're just few minutes from Clemson and Anderson University. It's a great location to fish from or put in your boat and motor around the lake. It's right next door to Green Pond Landing & Event Center which hosts amazing fishing tournaments throughout the year and has several boat ramps.
