Perched at the tip of our private island on Pattagansett Lake, the Panoramic Point Tiny House is our coziest yet most charming retreat. Enjoy stunning lake views through oversized windows and all the comforts you need: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, full bathroom, and efficient climate control. Get out on the water with free kayaks available in our nearby boat launching area. Perfect for a romantic, relaxing, or budget-friendly stay, this tiny house offers big charm in a small space.

Relax at this warm, welcoming, peaceful place to stay, with hiking trails nearby and only a 10-15 minute drive to various beaches, and a 10-minute drive to downtown Westerly. Set on 2+ acres, rejuvenate and connect with friends and family around the outdoor fire pit. Inside you will find a comfortable space with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, and a full and half bath. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, enjoy the outdoor shower after a long hike or trip to the beach.

Come relax and enjoy lakefront living in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath house on Boone Lake. 1st BR offers a king size bed and 2nd BR offers a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle. Enjoy open concept living with beautiful views of the lake. Inside you will find wifi, streaming on 3 tvs, Wii, board games, puzzles and books. Relax on the large deck, enjoy yard games or use the 2 kayaks, canoe or paddle board. A perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. Ring camera at front door only for security.

Lavender Farm Private Luxury Suite

The luxury suite features reclaimed wood from a 150 year old silo. Reclaimed beams adorn the ceiling. The shower features rainfall, waterfall and massage jets. There is a four post king size reclaimed wood bed with an amazing second floor view of the entire circular lavender field. There is also an open kitchen/living room area with a view of 4,000+ lavender plants. You will be surrounded by custom-picked imported Italian granite selections. The sinks in the suite feature amethyst geodes.

Water Forest Retreat -Octagon

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. We are walking distance to Goddard State Park: with horseback riding, boating, beach, golf, biking, picnics, and trails to run & walk. We are midpoint to Providence, Newport, and Narragansett. Many great restaurants & pubs are within 5 miles or less. We are close to public transportation, kayaking, and nightlife. You’ll love our place because of its' privacy, beautiful natural surroundings, lots of amenities, and the peaceful ambiance. Only 10 minutes from the State Greene Airport.

The Carriage House

Private bright and clean one bedroom apartment with lots of natural sun light, high ceilings, wood floors and modern tasteful décor. Close to URI, Narragansestt, Jamestown , Newport and Watch Hill. Ten minutes from local beaches and great restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful rural setting! The area is great for biking and beautiful hiking trails within walking distance from our home. Trustom Pond Wildlife Refuge is close by. Block Island is a short ferry ride from Pt. Judith.

Our lovingly renovated vintage 1973 Airstream offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in nature while enjoying charming and comfortable accommodations. It features a full bathroom, kitchen, outdoor grill, dining and theater area, fire-pit and kayaks. A private trail-head connects guests to miles of hiking, mountain biking and wilderness. Guests can access the Wood River for on-site water sports and guided visits to the Sanctuary may be available to book on a limited basis.
