Paul's place

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

Alles is schots & scheef én laag! Back-to-basic, gezellig gekeuvel ipv bliepjes maar mét infraroodsauna. Heerlijk om te ontspannen voor je het fijne 2-p bed inrolt. Om 's morgens met (of door) de geur van vers gebakken broodjes wakker te worden (bakker om de hoek). Hier vergeet je de hectiek en stress van alledag!

And your own courtyard between ancient walls. lt’s lovely cool in the hot summer. Close to public transport. Roads to Germany and Belgium are just around the corner. Parking nearby.

À 10 minutes à pied du centre de Liège, à 1 minute du Parc de la Boverie et de son musée, à proximité de Médiacité et de la Gare de Liège-Guillemins. Stijlvol 'boutique' appartement waar je kan genieten van een heerlijk verblijf in Maastricht. De ruime keuken en woonkamer zorgen voor veel leefbaarheid. Er zijn twee slaapkamers met beide een tweepersoonsbed. Daarnaast zijn er twee badkamers met douche. Het appartement ligt zeer gunstig t.o.v. het MECC (5 minuten / auto), de Universiteit Maastricht ( 5 minuten) en de oude binnenstad van Maastricht is op loopafstand. Parkeren kan voor de deur tegen betaling (8,10 p.d.)

Kitchenette met koffie/theefaciliteiten, airfryer/oven, kookplaten, koelkast en vaatwasser. Alle suites hebben een eigen terras of een balkon. In de zomer is er buiten bij de terrassen een barbeque. Buitenplaats Welsdael een unieke uitvalsbasis voor wandel fietstochten op plateau van Margraten bij Maastricht.
