Tijdens je verblijf in dit ruime appartement kom je helemaal tot rust. Op de binnenplaats is ruimte voor 2 auto's. In de gezamelijke tuin is een trampoline en klimrek. De woonkamer heeft een tv, en pelletkachel. De badkamer heeft een royale douche. In de keuken is een magnetron/oven + vaatwasser aanwezig. De woning heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een tweepersoons slaapbank met comfortabele topper. Ideaal voor lange verblijven zijn de wasmachine en droger. Op beide verdiepingen is airconditioning.

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

Away from the mainstream holiday parks. No crowds of people. No traffic, no noise, no community pool or kids disco. Lots of beautiful nature, fishing ponds, endless walking and cycling paths and nice restaurants nearby. Il se situe au rez-de-chaussée d'un petit immeuble comportant 3 appartements et est sécurisé par une caméra de surveillance installée dans le hall d’entrée commun. Sa situation est idéale avec la gare de Herstal à 2 minutes de marche et sa proximité avec la cité ardente ! Rendez-vous dans le centre de Liège en 10-15 minutes en voiture pour y découvrir cette ville aux multiples facettes !

This renovated cottage is located in a green garden in the hills of Limburg. Relax on the wooden porch or the terrace (with Jacuzzi) and enjoy the view of green landscapes and horses. Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

De site is gelegen in het landelijke dorpje Millen, centraal tussen Hasselt, Tongeren, Maastricht, Luik, Aken. Naast de culturele belevenissen en shoppingmogelijkheden, kan je hier ook genieten van de rust en natuur. De woning ligt aan het fietsroutenetwerk en in de omliggende velden is het heerlijk wandelen. Als gastheer maken we je graag wegwijs in het uitgebreide aanbod dat de streek biedt.

Close to the city centre 3 km, just 10 min by bike and 30 min walk, and surrounded by a wonderful nature area. Free parking. Vanuit de tuin loop je zo het bos in dat onderdeel is van het Nationaal Park De Hoge Kempen met oneindig veel wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden. Maastricht is met 15 minuten autorijden (of 45 minuten fietsen) ook in de buurt!
