Los Almendros Beach is two minutes over the back hill and Casa Simone is only 10 minutes to Rincon's famous surf breaks. The rest of the home is sometimes occupied by our little family of 3, but none of the inside space is shared. We’re happy to give you as much privacy as you need.

One bedroom apartment with a stunning ocean view and only five minutes from Steps Beach. The apartment is perfect for a couple, two friends, or a family with a child. The living room has a comfortable daybed and can be used as the second bedroom. Cook your dinner in the kitchenette or grill downstairs in the outdoor bar by the pool. The pool is shared with another unit in the building.

A hair dryer and iron are provided. There is a shared sitting area above the guest house. There is a designated parking space as you enter the gate.
