Your kitchen has a full refrigerator, stovetop and microwave. If you enjoy cookimng, there are sharp knives, oil, butter, vinegar, and spices.

Just in time for winter, we recently installed brand new central heating at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.

The Sage Guest House is a modern adobe surrounded by sage and desert willows. Convenient to Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Rio Rancho, The Sage is located on an acre of natural landscape adjacent to our residence in a quiet area of the charming Village of Corrales. The property is a Certified Wildlife Habitat where resident bunnies, quail, roadrunners, and goldfinches are abundant all year.
