"Kosmaj Vista” je potpuno nova kuća u blizini Kosmaja, na samo sat vremena od Beograda. Naša kuća izgrađena je 2024. godine i predstavlja savršen spoj modernog dizajna i prirode u kojoj je smeštena. Na prostoru od 60 ari nalazi se otvoreni bazen, letnjikovac sa stolom za ping pong i bbq, i predivna kuća površine od 170m2. U kući se nalaze prostrani dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, 4 spavaće sobe, dva kupatila i sala za yogu. Idealna je za porodice sa decom, okupljanje prijatelja ili team building-e.

Spacious yard and garden full of organic vegetables is super healthy as well. Optionally we can provide organic eggs, fruit and other products from local community. 2min walk from Park of nature Ponjavica, river, fields and forest, beautiful scenery and sunsets. 5min walk from excellent fish restaurant. Forest Paradise-Vila sa bazenom

Forest Paradise je skladno i maštovito imanje koje svoju estetiku otkriva od samog ulaza u dvorište. Kada su u pitanju atraktivne celine objekta - izdvaja se moderni bazen sa dekorativnim platoom gde se možete opustiti. Poseduje prostranu dnevnu sobu, sa trpezarijom i kuhinjom. Postoje dve spavaće sobe, od kojih jedna ima bračni krevet, a druga krevet na sprat. Ležaj u dnevnom boravku je na razvlačenje, pa se tako može adaptirati u još jedan bračni krevet. Ukupan spavaći kapacitet je -6.
