V vasi ni barov in trgovin in to je tisto, ki doda občutek umika od mestnega vrveža in vam omogoča, da se v celoti prepustite umirjenemu podeželskemu vzdušju.

The holiday house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to an indoor infrared sauna, which is included in the price. *The outdoor hot tub is available for an additional fee, personally arranged with us.* The house is located next to the Kolpa River, offering a beautiful view of the natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers, relaxation, and outdoor activities. *Groups of young people under 26 are not allowed. Located just 4 km from the pebble beaches and turquoise sea of Rabac, Villa Manola is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday. The villa is in the small settlement of Ripenda, near Labin, offering complete privacy. The fully fenced property features a 38 m² pool surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a covered terrace with comfortable seating. The outdoor dining area and barbecue are ideal for enjoying warm summer evenings.

Coalmining, as the most important economic branch in the history of Labin, played a key role in the development and identity of the town. House Kova is a kind of homage to the history of Labin. The house is a one-story house with a pool for 4 people. It is located in the center of Labin. It consists of a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage room and terrace with pool. High greenery around the house provides privacy and private parking.

Rabac Bombon apartment

Time to dream above the sea. An apartment on the top floor of a family house, with spectacular view, and I do mean spectacular views of the sea, the bay and also of the Old City Labin. It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Honey House is located in the small original village of Jural near Kanfanar above the beautiful Lim Fjord. Honey House was once a traditional Istrian stone house which was restored and rebuilt in 2019 for your perfect holiday. The interior of the house is furnished with a combination of modern and rustic furniture, and the garden with an outdoor pool, a table and chairs for dining, a sofa and armchairs is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.

Apartment Lavender is located on the top, third floor. It is ideally furnished for 2 persons. The apartment has a comfortable, nice terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the whole Rabac bay! The upper terrace is divided into two parts by a plexiglas block. The second part of the terrace belongs to the apartment Oleander. Adults only!
