Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. If you arrive by bus, it's a 15-minute walk to our place. There is also a local bus nearby, which offers transport to Perast and Risan for €2.
