Little Vista

You are going to stay in our small but cozy guest house in the middle of the country site in the village of Birdhill. Its a self contained guest house with a kitchen/living room, small double bedroom and bathroom. We are conveniently located only 10 min away from M7 motorway (exit 27), and 20 min away from Limerick City. Shannon airport 40 min drive. Killaloe/ Ballina which is located only 10min drive from our house is one of the most picturesque village attractions with plenty of restaurants.

The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

The Stables close to Galway and Oranmore

Enjoy the peace and tranquility of a rural setting, 5 mins drive from Galway Bay Sailing Club and Renville Park and beaches. Close to the beautiful villages of Clarinbridge and Oranmore. Ideal location to visit The Burren, Galway City (30 mins) Galway Racecourse (15 mins) and Connemara. The large decking area is surrounded by lovely gardens and there is a polytunnel where guests can avail of seasonal veg. Convenient to the main Galway and Clare road yet located in a tranquil setting.

Burren chalet - beautiful space, fabulous location

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The chalet is nestled at the foot of Oughtmama Mountain amongst ash, hazel, and whitethorn trees. It's the perfect location for walking on the Burren pavement, caving, rock climbing, foraging on the shore, or swimming in the Atlantic. You can enjoy a delicious meal and a pint in one of the many great pubs or restaurants in the area, or you can shop in one of the local farmer's markets and cook up a storm in the chalet.

Cosy, small, twin room cabin with ensuite.

The cabin is located in a beautiful scenic and secluded area surrounded by trees and wildlife close to the Bricklieve mountains and the Carrowkeel megalithic tombs. Facilities include tea and coffee, a toaster and a mini fridge. No pets. Shower and toilet. There are many walking routes in the area and also fishing close by. It is approx. 20 mins drive from Sligo town and 2.5 hrs from Dublin. There is a pub which serves food approx. 2kms from the cabin. NO SMOKING

Kinvara Garden Cottage

Renovated in 2017, the cottage is in my garden. It has a pleasant bright living/lounging area with two couches, a toilet/shower room, well equipped kitchen, and a loft bedroom. Car parking is free, and outside the door. There's lots to do locally, with beaches nearby, and a short walk will bring you to the heart of this colourful village, with lively pubs, good restaurants, Irish music. Kinvara is an ideal base to explore The Burren.

Rushbrook Chalet

This is a small yet bright and airy studio chalet with a large veranda that serves as an extension of the living area allowing for alfresco dining, relaxing down-time overlooking a natural, calming vista or an opportunity for some early morning yoga stretches for those so incline.The setting is tranquil and secluded, approx 7km from Westport town and 2 km from a local shop. Food is supplied for a light continental style breakfast.
