Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

The Waihopai Suite

The Waihopai suite is a lovely rural escape at the edge of Invercargill. Your unit is attached to our home but very private. Situated at Millton Park Estate, boasting vast established gardens and a large pond. Wake up to a garden view with wondering ducks, bunnies and the sound of native birdsong. Enjoy private access, free parking, quality bedding, ensuite, TV, wardrobe and kitchenette facilities (not a full kitchen). Feel free to explore the surrounding grounds and gardens while you are here

Charming cottage with sea views

This charming cottage with stunning sea views is a perfect holiday home where you can stay warm in winter or enjoy outdoor summer living. There are two living areas with an open hallway leading onto a large decking area. The main bedroom captures the seaviews while the two other double bedrooms are bright and light. Warmth is guaranteed with double-glazed windows, good insulation, woodburner and two heat-pumps. There is also underfloor heating in some areas. Welcome to our home by the sea.

My beautiful home is situated in a quiet area in Riverton, 3 mins drive to surf or shops. It’s only 5 mins slow stroll to the beach & 5 mins drive to Mores reserve (native forest walks). It’s not just a home, it’s a little paradise where you can relax and escape the busy pace of life, guaranteed to leave you feeling refreshed.

This brand-new, private 48 sqm cabin, thoughtfully designed for comfort. In a quiet rural location, it’s the perfect place to unwind, just 5 minutes from Invercargill city, Oreti Beach, and nearby motorsport tracks. The cabin features a full kitchen with everything you need to cook at home, Nespresso machine to start your mornings right, extra couch bed, ideal for small families. On-site parking, easy access to local attractions and a calm, rural escape to return to at the end of the day.

Tucked away at the edge of an idyllic pond, The Nest is purpose built, premium accommodation which offers tranquility, relaxation, and ample bird watching. Private beach access is just 500m walk away. This Tiny House boasts sunny outlooks over our dairy farm, with ample outdoor space and an outdoor bath and BBQ to enjoy. The historic Templeton Flaxmill Museum is also on the property. Riverton township is just 5 minutes drive and offers great local dining options, art and surf spots.
