This brand new addition is attached to the original schoolhouse for the Town of Carbondale, built in 1883 and located in what is now called Satank, a quiet neighborhood in Carbondale. This beautiful light filled apartment is a short bike ride, walk (or 3 minute drive) to downtown Carbondale. It also includes a fully-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. Mountain views visible from the living room and we are only eight minutes away from Beaver Creek! Two dogs live upstairs so best to be pet friendly.
