Only a short drive to the Cape’s best beaches (First Encounter, Nauset, and Coast Guard), fresh-water kettle ponds, and Nickerson State Park. Just minutes to shops and restaurants in Orleans.

Walking distance to a small private dog friendly beach. Driving distance to many great beaches.

Brand new, on a secret pond

Welcome to our chic guest house. This brand-new retreat includes a bedroom with king bed, a living room with a sofa bed, smart TV, sleek breakfast bar, and a contemporary bathroom with rainshower and a heated towel rail. Steps away the beach invites you to relax by the water of a semi-private pond next to the rail trail. Welcome to a retreat that strikes the perfect balance between contemporary luxury and the tranquility of nature – for those who appreciate the finer things in life.

Cozy Cottage

Get cozy and settle into this rustic space. Everything is here to enjoy a week on the cape(shorter stays available in the off season-please ask) in this beautiful little cottage. The beach is less than a mile away and the bike path is within a half mile. Close to the Orleans border with shops and great restaurants. Our weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. We supply you with linens and towels. We do have beach towels but you may want to bring your favorite towel and beach chair.

Spacious Guest Suite Close to Town

Our second floor guest suite is on a quiet street, within walking distance to the center of town and a quick drive to ocean and bay beaches. Featuring an open floor plan and high ceilings, the suite includes a living/dining room, kitchenette, reading nook, private bath, and spacious bedroom. Guests have their own outside entrance and tiny deck. Our family of four (+dog & cat) live downstairs. We are happy to provide tips and recommendations, or let you enjoy your privacy.

Cape Cod Heaven

Private one bedroom with full bath and balcony overlooking garden and a peek at the bay. Great location less than a mile from beautiful First Encounter Beach, a wonderful bay beach, and five minute walk to freshwater pond with sandy beach. Ocean beaches and bike trail close by. Bring your bikes or kayaks, or rent them, and enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Great for singles, couples, small families. Has a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. There is not a kitchen.

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

National Seashore Escape

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.

The Salt Pond Cottage

This is a free-standing private cottage that sleeps 2 comfortably. A spiral staircase leads up to a sleeping loft with a NEW QUEEN size Nectar bed! There is a full futon couch on the main level. The kitchen has everything you may need. The most spectacular thing about this home is its close proximity to the National Seashore. The salt pond, bike path, and freshwater ponds are also moments away!

Cozy Waterfront Apartment, Private Beach Access

Charming living space with nautical decor invites you to unwind off the grid for a few days. There is a window seat for reading, small high top for morning coffee, and all the accessories for a relaxing day at the beach. A five minute drive into town for local shopping and dining. Many scenic trails for walking and biking. Make us your base as you explore Cape Cod’s beautiful shores!
