Welcome to your cozy escape! This quaint little house is thoughtfully designed to maximize space while offering big charm. Nestled among ancient oaks and pecan trees, it’s the perfect private retreat to relax and unwind. Enjoy morning coffee or evening breezes on the spacious front porch, surrounded by peaceful nature. Inside, you’ll find everything you need in a warm and welcoming setting that instantly feels like home. 🚫 No smoking of any kind, no unregistered guests, & no pets allowed.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

You will have your own private space in a detached Guest House behind the main home at the back of a fenced and gated property. This guest home has its own private entrance and secured parking behind a gated entrance. Even though you are located in the same area as our primary home, your space is very private and located on the lower level of the property and we will not bother you.
