Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, Essbereich und Bad. In der ersten Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Terrasse und der Zugang zur oberen Terrasse. Die obere Terrasse hat einen Sitzbereich und Sonnenliegen.

Vue imprenable sur la "Marquesa Golf", réaménagé en 2022. Petit studio douillet pour deux personnes. Piscine communautaire très calme, à quelques pas du logement. Petit centre à 5 minutes, fourni de bars, restaurants (à divers budgets), takeaway, distributeur de billets, commerces... J accepte des petits chiens et pas des grands, merci pour votre compréhension.
