The home is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath and beautifully decorated. The home is only about a 15 minute drive to the sugar sand beaches in Pensacola, 2 minutes to get onto I-110, and 5 minutes from vibrant downtown Pensacola where you can enjoy amazing restaurants and local shops! Come enjoy our cottage by the sea the BeachBum! Stay well and away from crowds while still enjoying your beach get away. Located in beautiful Morgantown neighborhood which includes 3 private beach access boardwalks and 1 public beach boardwalk. Also we have a golf cart parking area by one boardwalk and parking area by public board walk. Cook in our well stocked kitchen. Enjoy those beautiful sunsets. Nature trails , marina close by, wildlife. Short walk to beach on roads with little traffic.
