In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. Close to all the wonderful local amenities such as the beautiful market town of romsey only a 5 minute drive! Also the beautiful historic city of Winchester.

Oak Lodge comes complete with bedding, towels, fully-equipped kitchen, log burner, tv and its own wood-fired hot tub! Check-in days are Fridays and Mondays, minimum 3-night stay (please note, this may change over the Christmas period). This is an adult-only, pet-free site.

In a self contained annexe the accommodation consists of: Ground floor- sitting room or 2nd bedroom ( Queen bed) and shower room. First floor - staircase to small landing with kitchenette and basin, main bedroom (King bed) and Smart TV. Tea, coffee and cereal is included and there is off road parking.

Beautiful architect designed barn set in private woodland of over 50 acres. John's Barn was the result of a conversion of an existing barn. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen / living / dining area. The natural woodland, fields, lake and river give the chance to get back to nature and is ideal for children to explore. The wildlife includes herds of deer that you will see up close. The barn is situated 2 miles from the New Forest Park national park.

The Cottage is detached and on one level, open plan lounge and dining area with fully equipped kitchenette. Main bedroom has kingsize bed with tv and second bedroom has 2 adult single beds. Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!
