Our stunning home is a 5 min walk into the village and its award winning restaurants, shops and galleries. Black Elephant, Chamonix, Dieu Donne winery's and the famous Winetram are just a short walk away. Nooks is sumptuous, private, cosy, relaxing, full of original art, high ceilings, log fires, beautiful generous spaces and mountain views. Nooks comes alive at night and is great for couples, solo adventurers, who want to be near the soul of this beautiful village. We take up to 4 adults max.

Exceptional house between the ocean and the mountains, surrounded by waves & rocks. You can see Cape Point, Table mountain and wildlife: baboons, mongoose, dolphins, whales, seals and lots of birds from our windows. 150 sqm open space; living and dining, kitchen with exceptional view. The master bedroom suite has an open bathroom with shower and bathtub and a closed toilet with bidet. Inverter during load shading. Strictly max 4 registered guests allowed in the property. No visiting guests.

This Rooi-Els home is special for its tranquil fynbos setting and stunning ocean and mountain views. Inside, there’s a spacious main bedroom with a King size bed leading out to the deck, a second en suite double bedroom with views across the bay, a spacious loft with twin beds, and a cozy living area filled with character. An outdoor braai area and hot outdoor shower provide perfect spots to unwind. There's also a partially-enclosed garden with a pizza oven on the other side of the house.

Perfect home for re-connecting with friends and family, with a pool for the summer and fireplaces for the winter. The sand dunes are 15 meters from the house, and the beach a 3 minute walk Great for 1 or 2 families with up to 6 children, or 3 couples (Note: not suitable for more than 8 adults. Please be aware if 8 adults, 4 will be in the same room in bunk beds). The house is set up with a well equipped kitchen, in- and outdoor braai, board/lawn games and a TV with Netflix.
