The neighborhood is quiet in a residencial area of the city. It's a cul-de-sac with very little traffic and friendly neighbors. There's a mall 5 minutes away, a greenway that runs through the neighborhood, and a walking area with bars, restaurants, shops, etc 8 minutes away.
