Nice appartment near Valencia. Located in Playa del Puig, about 15 minutes with car from Valencia. The beach is only 3 minutes walk.
THE APARTMENT:
The flat has three rooms (two with queen size beds and one with twinbeds), two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and a nice terrace with view to the sea.
It is located in the 6th floor with elevator.
The pool is open from end June to middle September
Parking is available.
In summer (starting around 15. June) there are two swimming pools.
8 tennis courts available, 2 mini-tennis (padel), and 2 football courts.
NEARBY FACILITIES:
In the area there are two local supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and bars.
In Puebla de Farnals, a 15 minutes walk there are many more restaurants and facilities.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTS:
There is a bus connecting with Valencia once per hour.
Nevertheless you also could take the metro and stop where we live (Albalat dels Sorells). From there we would drive you to the appartment.
You will be ALONE in the appartment. I do not rent each room separately.
