This newly renovated home accommodates up to 7 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms. With views towards Arthurs Seat, it is ideal for couples or families and comes equipped with all that you need for a relaxing break.

In addition to the 3 bedrooms, the house features an open plan kitchen, living, dining space, a full bathroom with bathtub plus additional separate toilet and laundry containing both washer and dryer.

Situated in a quiet and peaceful street, the home is perfectly positioned to explore all that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. Only a short walk to Rosebud beach (just over 1km), local shops and the Rosebud RSL or a drive to Wineries, Golf courses, the Hot Springs and more!

There is ample off-street parking and a secure, fully fenced backyard with decked area, BBQ and outdoor shower.

For your entertainment, you will have access to Wi-Fi, 2 TV’s, a selection of DVD’s and some games.
