Conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, playground, volley ball court, tennis court, boat launch, ice cream shop, state trails AND MORE! This 750 sq ft cabin has everything you need: a full kitchen, washer/dryer, huge outdoor space with grill & fire pit. Fully fenced-in yard for doggie guests. Plenty of parking for trucks, trailers, ORVs, boats, etc! Note: There's another rental on the property close to this one. But each has private yards, parking, and driveway. Rent both for larger groups!

My place is close to Lake St Helen, ATV Trails, The Dream, Nightmare Golf Courses. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, it is a wonderful spot to enjoy a weekend away.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (dogs). Additional $50.. This will be charged during your booking. The cleaning fee is for supplies/house cleaner. Please do not leave a sink full of dirty dishes behind. Leave cabin in the same condition as you arrived. Thanks

Larkin’s Cabin is fully updated & one mile from beautiful Higgins Lake!! This cabin has all the comforts of home with no sparing on that northern Michigan feel. In summer, spend the days swimming, boating or fishing & the nights cozied up by the bon fire. Winter, enjoy ice fishing, snowmobiling, or cross-country skiing with 11 miles of trails just a mile away. There's also plenty of space for entertaining inside & out with ample parking for boats & trailers.
