Private Studio in 100yr old Grocery/Hotel

This historic building, walking distance to the Marietta Square, dates back to the early 1900s and has been a grocery store, mechanic, and one-room hotel. You'll be staying in the former one-room hotel in a renovated mini-suite. One pup under 25lbs is allowed with a $30 pet fee. Please see the House Rules section for more information. Unfortunately, due to the size of the space, we must be restrictive on size and quantity of dogs. 🐾

Full roomy apartment with private entrance located on east Roswell in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Comfortably fits 2 guests. Apartment has 1 bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room. The apartment is under our house but there are no shared common areas. Many restaurants in 2 minutes driving or 20 minutes walking distance. Please note that we are expecting a baby around 5/22 in our house above the apartment.
