Eagles Outlook is an exceptional property situated overlooking the Agnes Water surf beach. Easy stroll to beach & shops, a small house features two bedrooms, beautiful ocean views, full kitchen, bathroom, & air conditioning. Take a refreshing dip in the magnesium pool, and cook a BBQ on the balcony. Note, the property comprises the main house plus two studio apartments (see Airbnb listing Eagles Outlook Studio). Guests share the pool & laundry facilities. Absolutely no pets or parties.

This 2 storey 4 bedroom home is designed with holidaying in mind. Beach & shops are within walking distance. Sunlover boasts a huge deck with ocean views. Queen Beds in all bedrooms and a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. There is plenty off road parking for cars and boats and even a fish cleaning area for the keen fishermen. We have a No Party Policy & you must be 25 and over to book.

Baffle Creek Junction is located at the junction of Euleilah and Baffle Creeks, truly a special location. The 53 acre site boasts 1.3 klm of saltwater tidal creek frontage with wildlife including kangaroos and beautiful burdekin ducks. Try your luck at some shore based fishing or crabbing, however if you have a boat a council maintained boat ramp is only 600 mtrs away! Located in the heart of Tannum Sands, a short 100m stroll will take you to the Beach, Surf club, Coffee shops, Restaurant and the local fish and chip shop. A relaxing 250m walk in the opposite direction will take you to the local Tavern, Coles, KFC, and many more specialty shops. Once at the beach you can walk as far as you like along the endless scenic walking Tracks.

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This is a quite little hideway with ocean views, and 400metres from Oaks Beach, where turtles have being coming up to nest or a walk along the 20km beach front path to Bargara. Easy parking and room for boats with a fully fenced property. Animal friendly property, with owners to be responsible for there pets.This is a shared property with other guests.
