The suite is located on the first floor of a venetian renaissance palazzo built in 1580 and called Palazzo Basilisco - one of the finest examples of renaissance architecture in the city. The suite was carefully designed to fit a small entrance with a bathroom, and a room facing the square and Montalbano street. St Euphemia church is steps away, as well as the farmers market, and you can be at the beach in two minutes.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Apartment AlPe Mar is located in the heart of the old town of Rovinj, inside the walking zone. The apartment has a terrace with a beautiful sea view where you can look at the beautiful old town of Rovinj. It was completely renovated in May 2020. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and living room, one double bedroom, a bathroom, a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning.
