The owners are a writer and an architect who have built a truly unique home full of original art and a large book collection. The property itself is small but it is surrounded by 250 acres of farmed conservation land and a short walk will take you past some of the most scenic farms in Litchfield County.

The home is perfectly located for enjoying the area's top attractions, like lake activities, skiing at Mohawk, hiking the trails of White Memorial, Litchfield's Village Green where you can enjoy fine dinning, shopping and visit historic sites. Pool is open and heated May 15th to Sept 15th.
