The Clockhouse is a fabulous self-contained lodge in a semi rural setting with its own private garden area, off street parking & superb transport links to London (45 min) & LGW/LHR airports (30/90 min) .A spacious & tranquil open plan living area offering flexible accommodation has the added advantage of a double bed & x2 single sofa beds, a splendid shower room & a well equipped kitchen. The separate private access means privacy & relaxation is assured & makes for a perfect base all year round.

Situated in a quiet, safe, leafy cul-de-sac in Cobham (dubbed UK’s Beverly Hills!) which offers: The Ivy, gastro pubs, boutique shops, Waitrose & more. Driving: 5mins to Oxshott station, 10mins to M25, 20mins to Guildford (or train). Airports: Heathrow (10miles), Gatwick (16miles). Trains to London Waterloo: 35mins.

Highgate Village Studio with garden

A beautiful self-contained garden studio, located in the heart of historic Highgate Village. The 320 sq foot studio is equipped with King size bed, kitchenette, Bathroom with spacious shower, 55” HDTV, BBC iPlayer, Amazon & Netflix. There is a semi-private outside patio with seating. The village has ten pubs/restaurants within a few minutes walking distance, along with the beautiful expansive Hampstead Heath and Highgate Cemetery. With excellent bus and tube transport connections close by.

'The Hideaway ' Sole Street, Cobham, Kent.

The Hideaway is situated in the heart of Kent in the rural village of Sole Street, Parish of Cobham & Luddesdown. We are walking distance to Sole Street Station on the Victoria line to London. Ebbsfleet & Meopham are a driving distance away so St Pancras and Victoria can be reached in 17 - 35 minutes. The location is great for people who love long walks & nature as we are surrounded by ancient unspoilt woodlands and rolling hills. We have a choice of three Forestry Commission Parks to visit.

Beautiful Secluded Cabin next to the park

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

Blythe Vale Studio with private garden + entrance

Blythe Vale Studio is a self contained, quiet, garden room with own kitchen and bathroom situated at the bottom of a 90ft garden. Private access via the side gate of the main house. It is ideally situated for exploring Greenwich, the Southbank and Central and East London. Train stations are a 12 minute walk away. Like to check in earlier? A quiet residential part of South London, with a local feel; with lots of enjoyable restaurants, bars and cafes. A 15 minute walk to Forest Hill station, and a 15 minute train journey to London Bridge. You will be hosted by Imogen and Nick. We are both full time secondary school teachers. Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.
