Die Wohnung mit Südausrichtung bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf die Alpenwelt von Karwendel u. Wetterstein. Sie wurde kürzlich neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Es gibt Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu vier Personen - sie ist jedoch ideal für zwei-drei Personen. Die Wohnung verfügt über knapp 40 m2 sehr saubere Wohnfläche: Ess-Wohnzimmer (mit grosszügiger, voll ausgestatteterKüchenzeile), Schlafzimmer (mit breitem Doppelbett und neuen Matrazen), eigenes Tageslichtbad, Süd-Balkon, eigener Parkplatz.

Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. Welcome to our charming apartment which feels like home. You will have your own 55qm apartment with a spacious bathroom, cosy living room with fully equipped kitchen and a wooden balcony. In the sleeping room you find a kingsize bed with a 42 inch TV (Netflix) and a double bed on the plateau. The apartment is situated in a historical district with good infrastructure (supermarket, bakery...) and within a 10 minutes walk you will reach the inner old part of Innsbruck.

In dieser besonderen Unterkunft trifft der Flair des alten Bauernhauses auf eine moderne Einrichtung.
