Wee Varrich

Wee Varrich nestles within a delightful landscape; a fusion of carefully sculptured plantings of trees, shrubs, hedges, lawns and vines, against the power of the Stanley State Forest. Situated on the edges of Stanley village, the entrance to Varrich is a winding path through tall eucalypts. The property is situated on 2.49 hectares on land that was mined during the Gold rush era of the 1850’s. Wee Varrich is a fully self-contained cottage adjacent to the main house and secluded by plantings.

Backyard bungalow near hospital

Our backyard offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of Wodonga. The bungalow is cosy with its own bathroom and private courtyard where you can either hide from the world or use it as a base to explore the region. The enclosed backyard is safe for pets and small children. Please note that our place is popular with pet owners, and although I clean thoroughly, some guests have complained about a general smell of dogs. If you are sensitive to this, you may want to consider booking elsewhere.

A cosy unit that has everything you need but it's the seclusion shared with an olive grove ,sheep and poultry that is what makes this place unique. A true nature experience . Situated midway between Melbourne and Sydney it is ideal stop over. Ideally located to the snow, wineries, gourme region, lakes or for just chilling. A continental breakfast is included , fire pit, multiple walks and a home cooked menu. Pet friendly for well behaved pets. A $15 per pet per night. Also a spa. $35.

Farm stay, private guest room & lounge

If you want a comfortable, clean and private place to rest your head after checking out all the Victorian High Country has to offer, then this is the place for you! The guest space is within a family farm house but completely private with a separate entrance. We’re on a 55 acre farm near Mt Pilot, surrounded by National Park, mountain tracks and beautiful views. On offer is a double room with large ensuite, large lounge area with a sofa bed, private entrance + parking at the front.

Our 3 bedroom house is close to the golf course/cinema,200m to the river. Next door to Home away from home 2 ..Book just this one or both houses for groups etc . It is across the road from playground and oval. The house has an outdoor BBQ area .The house is suited for up to 3 couples each with separate rooms or two families with children or a golfing group with 6 beds.Please read house rules We have 1 external security camera in the carport for security. Welcome to Stanley on the edge of the Victorian Alps. The Stanley Peony Farm features two self contained guest cottages, quaint, peaceful and very much unique for the area. This cottage, named Alice Harding after the well known peony cultivar, is set amongst an established garden with oaks, Japanese maples, liquid ambers, claret ash and tulip trees. The setting provides a great place to relax and unwind whilst enjoying all that this area has to offer.
