Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, quiet space w easy parking. Walk/bike to the beach. Enjoy your private space with dining area, sofa, queen bed and private bath & kitchenette. The space is over 600 sq ft (about twice the size of a hotel room) with plenty of sunshine -- and room to relax on the couch, rest in bed or dine/work at the table. Visit the shops & cafes of Portsmouth. Two bikes & beach chairs. We are close to the beach (we walk there most days) and an easy drive Maine sites.

Pullout queen bed couch. Bedroom with TV and ample drawer space. 1.2 miles to beach, .3 miles to serene wooded walking trails and 4.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth shopping and restaurants. We have 2 very friendly black labs on premises who like to hang out on the property… dog friendly is a must!

Enjoy the beach during the day and listen to the waves roll in at night. Just a short drive to the quaint town of Portsmouth, NH. Note: This property consists of 2 units; the Bungalow is private and has it's own entrance in the back. All guests must be at least 25 years of age. *Winter Rental available January - May*
